A NOTE ABOUT "STREAMING VIDEO:"  These video files are quite LARGE and therefore take more time to download than other files.  If you watch the video as it is downloading, it will have a "herky jerky" quality with poor audio and video quality.  The status of the download is shown by the progression of the thin gray bar below the video panel, while the cursor shows where you are within the clip.  You want the gray bar to stay ahead of the cursor.  If you get herky jerky video, simply click on the pause button, wait for a minute or two for the download to catch up, then click the start arrow again.  The video will not start initially until you click the "PLAY" arrow beneath the gray bar.  Once you have downloaded the video, you can watch it as many times as you like without waiting!
